Trying to get this picture into my
profileTelkom have still not given me my ASDL line. It's been about 4 months and I'm getting a bit annoyed at how useless they are. Phoning them doesn't help. You wait for hours and don't get an answer. Emailing is just as bad. My email should have been forwarded to the correct division, instead it was sent back to me. I wish there was an alternative to Telkom...

Hi there, I've heard that your problem is a common one. Not that it helps necessarily, but there was even an item on Carte Blanche a few weeks ago about our First National Operator's slapgat and/or bloody-minded attitude about this. You have my sympathy. I myself am waiting with bated breath for the SNO. Maybe things will start moving then.
